Here’s your chance to bring your idea to life! We invite you to ‘Imagine Milton-Parc’ by submitting a proposal for a sustainability project in the Milton-Parc neighbourhood. Eligible projects will be presented by applicants and voted on by the public at a Community Assembly on May 12.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
_________________________________________________

Your project must:

1. be located in the Milton-Parc neighbourhood bounded by des Pins, St-Laurent, University and Sherbrooke Streets.

2. be tangible and accessible to the public.

3. provide a public benefit.

4. address at least one of these themes: transport, energy, waste, water, greening.

5. be technically and legally feasible within one year.

6. have a reasonable and realistic budget.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Imagine Milton-Parc is a project of the Milton-Parc Sustainable Development Laboratory (‘Green Lab’) which develops and tests ecological approaches at the neighbourhood scale. The Milton-Parc Green Lab aims to be a model of participatory and sustainable urban planning.

A draft of the Milton-Parc Sustainable Neighbourhood Plan will be presented at the Community Assembly on May 12 and attendees will have the opportunity to give feedback, make suggestions and
decide priorities for how we can make a better, more sustainable Milton-Parc.
